Delivery Countries

Where does Amaralies London deliver?
At this time, we currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our international fulfilment centre in China.
We are working to expand our international shipping options soon.


Order Confirmation

When will I receive my order confirmation?
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately.
This email confirms that your order has been registered in our system and is now being processed.


Order Tracking

How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link via email — typically within 24 hours after dispatch.
You can use this link to follow your delivery in real time.


Delivery Times

How long does delivery take?
Average delivery times:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days (Mon–Sat)

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same day.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly, as orders are shipped from our international warehouse in China.


Shipping Costs

Are there any shipping fees?
No — shipping is complimentary on all orders.
There’s no minimum order amount required.


Delayed Orders

What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional two working days.
We recommend checking your tracking information first.
If the order still hasn’t arrived, please contact us with your order number — our team will investigate promptly.

Please take clear photos of the issue and include a brief description.
